Cathie McGill Cathie Mcgill is a dedicated senior teacher and long life student of Yoga and associated health practises. She was led to the path of Yoga after studying various massage therapies. Inspired by the dramatic change in her overall health and wellbeing she studied and obtained a Diploma of Yoga Teaching with the Yoga Teachers Institute of SA. Since commencing the Spirit of Yoga school in 1998 she has facilitated classes and workshops in Yoga and Meditation and worked in schools. Working with numerous people over the years who experienced back, neck pain and stress related problems, she went onto study with Kit Laughlin, learning a way to facilitate the Yoga postures more effectively in a safe and functional manner. Her passion about developing and knowing who you truly are led her to deepen her studies of the human psyche through the system of the Enneagram and invites her teacher Lawrence Grazious from America annually to facilitate the teachings of the Dharma and the Enneagram in Adelaide. She has recently discovered The Reconnection and facilitates reconnective healing sessions. She believes that it is important to continue to discover your true self and become a whole and loving human being. All this is possible with the practises and teachings of Yoga.
