About The Event

Rest and Restore Wisdom Sessions are held Monthly at the Norwood Spirit of Yoga Studio.

Each Month covers a specific sequence and Theme and includes:

Sublime Yoga Positions therapeutically aligned to bring maximum calm and stillness. (Asana)

Yoga Based Breath applications (Pranayama)

Deep Relaxation (Yoga Nidra)

Healing (Universal healing)

Some assists and enhamcements are offered in these sessions to maximise comfort and ease and to assist you with your ongoing practice to "self adjust" your positioning. (you are welcome to forgo any of these)


Breathe Well: a longer mini retreat to start your year

March: Embodiment - embrasing the Anamaya Kosha- your phyisical container.  What does it feel like to be grounded, secure, able to make clearer and wiser decision based on what is happening in your body, you can change the undertones to meet this.


Building Immunity - sequence to keep your immune system strong and to develop stamina.  "what has been attacking you?" Are you over doing life, running on empty....find some deep peace and rebalance in this months session


Back to Back - sequence to release back & neck tension & balance emotions....guided journey


Zen Time - uplifting practice to raise your vibrations and expand heart and wisdom through a journey with the Chakras

July:  Warm and nurture

Who do you offer yourself self nurture?  Can you be with yourself in a compassionate supporting way.


Digestive System - a nourishing practice for mind, body and soul

Clean out your Body - spring is here.  What have you got to clean out from your life, what  sparks joy and passion in you...


Deep rest and renewal - Balancing sequence with deep relaxation and visualisation.
