This session we will weave some gentle movement with long holds to warm, building resilence. Entering the land of your enteric belly brain to unravel knots in the stomach through forward folds and side openings, back bends.
Yogic breathing that acts as a pump moving the diaphragm - pelvis - jaw that returning a momentum to both the energy body and four other rungs of the koshas.
