About The Event
Explore Restorative Yoga practices for Digestion.
Having good digestion means that your body can absorb all the nutrients that it requires to stay well.
To digest information, you think about it carefully so that you understand it.
The next Restorative session will be an offering of practices for the Core Body. We often think of the core as our abdominals, but there is more... The core body is part of our Enteric Nervous System our belly brain which contains 100 Million Neurons...more than the spine.
It is linked to other parts of the Nervous System, effecting the Immune System and emotional structures in the brain.
The gut also produces 7 types of Serotonin the key hormone that stabilizes our mood, feelings of well-being, and happiness. Additionally, it helps decrease our worries and concerns and is associated with learning and memory.
To increase Serotonin and engage more of this healthy hormone we will learn some Restorative Therapeutics to refuel, reconnect and revitilize your Muscles - Mind and Mood.
If you are suffering from fatique or have fluctuation digestive problems this sessions sequence will introduce you to Restorative Practices that help your core - free your mind and enhance your energy levels.
