Immerse yourself in a Morning of Yoga - Breath - Meditation along with Wholesome living principles that will support you towards freedom from fear.

There are times in our lives that fear is necessary and other times it is unhealthy. 

Fear arrives as a result of information coming in from our senses, where our brain determines wether this information is safe or something we should run from or fear.

If we feel fear most of the time it means that we have low resilience, and mostly opperating from a Sympathetic overload.

When our Nervous system is stuck here it is like the accelerator of the body which deals with stress, typically speeding things up. The parasympathetic nervous system, which is like the brakes of the body, is known as the rest and digest nervous system and helps to conserve energy and protect, typically slowing things down.

Until we learn how to slow things down we become like a hostage, captive to our bodies responses.
